Ethan Charles Greenfeld is the founder and principal designer at Ethan Charles Design. Having originally started out in psychology, he fell into a job in the home furnishings industry and quickly realized his calling was not psychology, at least not in the manner he originally expected, but interior design. He found that he was able to help clients improve their lives by transforming their surroundings at home into beautiful and functional spaces. This belief continues to guide every project, resulting in interiors that are highly livable, timeless, and deeply personal.

Known for a warm, layered, and uncontrived aesthetic, Ethan creates homes that feel effortlessly luxurious rather than overly formal. Rich textures, timeless materials, and carefully considered details come together to create spaces that are refined, inviting, and designed to be lived in for years to come.

Ethan is a member of the Haven List, Tald Co, NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association), and an allied member of AIA (American Institute of Architects), and his designs have been featured in publications such as Aspire Design and Home, Apartment Therapy, and The Haven List, as well as in season 2 of The Design Network’s “The Reveal”. Ethan is a self-proclaimed alpaca enthusiast (if you look closely, you will find evidence in each of his projects). When he’s not designing, you will find him trying to live his best life with his partner, Brian, and their dog, Winifred.
