RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
CDA TREEHoUSE
Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
A ground-up custom home in the Black Rock community of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho with 5,000 square feet of interior living, and 1,600 square feet of outdoor space. A second home built as a weekend escape from Los Angeles, the vision was simple: a grown-up treehouse where California sophistication meets Idaho warmth. The home was raised 12 feet from the originally planned elevation to ensure every room had sweeping lake views, then designed with a level of intention that can be both seen and felt. Linen-clad walls, bespoke lighting, custom tilework, custom furniture, and curated art anchor the spaces. Custom limestone decks on both levels, each with a firepit, spill out to those views and invite the kind of evenings you don't want to end.
SCOPE: NEW BUILD | DURATION: 3 YEARS | FAVORITE PIECE: STAIRWELL LIGHTING FIXTURE
